How We Got Here

Started in a cramped Vancouver office with too much coffee and a simple idea - recruitment doesn't have to feel like pulling teeth. Fast forward through years of learning what actually works (and plenty of what doesn't), and here we are.

2018 - The Beginning

Three recruiters walked away from corporate life because honestly, we were tired of treating people like resume robots. Set up shop in Vancouver with one mission - do this thing differently.

2019 - First Big Win

Landed our first major tech client after they'd been burned by two other agencies. Placed their entire leadership team in under 90 days. Word started spreading that we might be onto something.

2021 - Pandemic Pivot

When everything went remote, we helped 47 companies restructure their teams without losing their culture. Learned a ton about what really matters when you can't grab coffee with your coworkers.

2023 - Expansion

Moved into our current space on West Pender. Team grew to 18 people who all actually like each other (most days). Started focusing heavily on creative industries because that's where the fun is.

2025 - Today

We've helped over 200 companies build teams that actually stick around. Still learning, still growing, still refusing to send generic LinkedIn messages at 2am.
